At the table, Ripley does kill Percy at Glintshore. The difference is, she doesn't get away and the party absolutely demolishes her on the spot. In the campaign it happens earlier in the sequence of events; after Percy dies, they rush him back to Whitestone to try and do a resurrection ritual and only then does Raishan reveal herself for the first time and propose an alliance. So the events are all kinda re-ordered, but the substance is still essentially the same.

pretty sure their gonna have to save percy's soul from orthax before they can resurrect him. At least from a story perspective. Rippley's gun glowed as Percy died.

Side note: Percy Death totally happened in the campaign at Glintshore. Campaign 1 Spoilers - I'm so interested in how people are reacting to it, considering his death is a big story point for Perchalia to push Vex to confront her feelings. Given how they've played up Vex's hesitancy in the LOVM I would bet she is going to need to save Percy's soul from Orthax in a bigger plot point before Percy's resurrection, considering in stream it was like a 2 min blip from Keyleth before they resurrect him. It plays to the narrative better for sure.
