Interstellargreenbean

ive only seen this first movie. looking forward to watching the others with you guys.

Austin Arminio

So the books are actual stories, not just a guide book but they are quite different. The vikings train dragons from the beginning and Toothless isn't a cool nightfury but a tiny dragon more like the tiny one that gets distracted by the light

Aimee Lynn

My favorite animated trilogy. Period. John Powell was the composer, and the soundtrack is ridiculously good

Tim Pappot

All the cooler dragons from the in movie book are in the Netflix show.

Dani

This was a fun watch with you guys!

Black Crow

So David Tennant was the voice of one of the random villagers, you can hear him in the beginning. He reads The How to Train Your Dragon audio books.

There are a few series that bridge the gap between movies 1 and 2; Riders of Berk (Peacock), Defenders of Berk (Peacock), and Race to the Edge (Netflix). I never watched Riders or Defenders, but my oldest was really into Race to Edge. Riders and Defenders are each a season long and Race has 6 seasons and it ends not too long before the 2nd movie begins.
