Hey Peaches! It's a Switchmas miracle! Adam is watching a movie made before he was born, and it's a Christmas classic. Or is it... Watch as Adam watches the movie you've probably seen countless times for the first time. And comes to the realization, again, of the true villain of the tail. Oh, and he has a few possible 'hot takes' when it's all said and done.

Spectre Mando

It's crazy that it failed as a romantic comedy when it debuted but then became a holiday classic only because the broadcast rights were cheap enough to run on TV during Christmas.

the most twilight zone of the Christmas movies, at least of the movies that I've seen.

Jimmy Stewarts first movie after flying bombers over Germany in WW2.

If you guys are ever looking for a classic movie that is both hilarious and will make Adam uncomfortable, may I suggest "Bringing up baby" staring Ketherine Hepburn and Cary Grant.

This was Jimmy Stewart's first film after coming back from serving in WW2. Lionel Barrymore who played Potter encouraged him to take this role. There was a strong bond of friendship between them both. The movie was filmed in southern California in July during one of the hottest summer's on record. Asbestos was not used for the snow. Chipped ice and a new product at the time called Foamite were used for the snow. There is a colorized version of this film, but to me the black and white version is the best!! Happy Holidays guys!!

Another classic Christmas movie that I usually watch each year is the 1951 A Christmas Carol with Alistair Sim. It’s my favorite version.

Adam: a string around a finger is supposed to be a way to remember something. Jay: have you thought all these years that Mary was played by Bette Davis, that was Donna Reed. Or was it the blonde you were talking about, that was Gloria Grahame. Oh, and the jealous guy that unlocked the pool was played by the actor that played Alfalfa in the late 30s version of Our Gang.

Memento Mori

I loved watching this Christmas classic with both of you! Thanks so much for doing it

Jimmy Stewart was 38 when this was filmed, so you guys were spot on.
