they have only been officially greenlit for a season 3 (and are filming it back to back with season 2) but background stuff like hirings and what not imply there is a 4th and maybe 5th being written right now

so one piece the manga is split into multiple sagas, season 1 was the east blue saga and this is part of the alabasta saga. the reason for the cut off feeling ending is Drum Island isn't meant to be a "finale" arc but the alabasta arc (which is next) is so long and massive that it has to be its own season. thinking back on it, of the sagas we will likely be getting in live action this might be the only one that will be split up like this.

My favourite part of the season (like with season 1) was the amazing costumes!! They did amazing imagining them into the real life. but also i cant believe we actually got Ms Friday and Mr. 13 in the show!

Man, they nerf Luffy so much in live action LOL. Wapol should NOT be able to overpower him like in that fight. In pure brute strength, Luffy is the strongest in the crew even though he doesn't look it. In the anime, he can bench press a T-Rex without breaking a sweat. Anyway, the show is 10/10. Can't wait for season 3!!!

I very much agree, I really love the LA, but you gotta make the Luffy fights better and make him look stronger. Luffy is not just stretchy he is also very physically strong. And you feel nothing when he lands a punch, let me see armor crack, let me hear bones crunch. Like his fight with Mr. 3, you can't even say they are trying to save money, because they added way more to that fight. I can understand that this was a Finale. so, you are trying to juice up the final boss of season 2. But we need to see Luffy be bad ass. Both Zoro and Sanji's fights, they look badass, give me badass Luffy.

Here is the problem with anime glazers... You are describing anything and everything except for anime Luffy vs Wapol. Luffy NOT being able to close Wapol's mouth for the cannon attack is straight from the anime, but you are calling it "nerfing" when you see it in real life, because the tone isn't the light-hearted goofing off Luffy did in the anime. *sigh*

I was talking about when Wapol with blade arms was winning against Luffy in arm wrestling and Vivi had to come help pulling the other blade away. It made Luffy looks kinda lame since he just told everyone to watch him kick Wapol's ass. In the Anime, Wapol was not even a threat to Luffy. His cannon does nothing even with direct hit and Luffy KO him with a single punch.

I Like this Show, just finished it cause Life dude, and no i dont wanna watch the cartoon anime, whatever it is. The anime is AIDS!
