Oh man I think MHA is WAYYYYY up y'alls alley

真嗣 • Shinji

MHA is not my favorite in this list but I feel like it’s a good choice for you two

Ronak

If you guys started MHA I’d higher tier in a heartbeat!

Snowcone Guy

Which option do I check for Bob's Burgers or Smiling Friends 😅

Stephen Morris

Cinebinge did Friren and it’s great.

BlueEyedRaven

Frieren is slow, but it's beautifully done. Such a great story

M T Conboy

The way all of these would hit you guys like that first 1980s hit of illicitness...

David Nance

I would describe it as relaxed rather than slow, but yeah. Also while it's definitely not a show that is _about_ badass fights, it does somehow still have some of the coolest magic fights ever put on screen.

Caitlin

Voted Frieren!!! Would love for y’all to watch Haikyuu at some point!!!

Christopher McDonough

I really hope Oshi No Ko ends up on the list eventually, after Wonderman I think you guys would find it's portrayal of the Japanese entertainment industry fascinating. Also would love to see you guys tackle some slightly older stuff like Madoka Magica or Gurren Lagann.

Samantha Whaley

I would love it if y'all would watch Project Hail Mary if you haven't already.🥺 Not an anime but I'm spreading this to everyone I know in the entire universe.

David Nance

One thing I'd put as a mark in favor of Frieren is that there's currently less of it than there is of the other two shows, so if you're just doing one show at a time, it's fewer episodes to watch before getting to start a new show.

joka

Pleaseeeeee my hero, it's such a banger and I'm in the middle right now myself

Samantha Whaley

Oh heck yeah I bought it on digital release the day after it came out. The behind the scenes stuff on YouTube is awesome! They used mostly practical stuff in the film. I read the book one Friday and Saturday, saw the movie the next day, and I just bought the audiobook too 😅 the autism has latched on. Get ready to fall in love 💕

Caitlin

hell yeah!! would have loved for it to be a video but glad you enjoyed it as much as I have :D

Enzo Becherel

Mha is a perfect choice for you guys

marauderluverz (Luci)

Id really love to see you guys watch apothecary diaries if you havent seen it yet. Its a great show and fun and has more seasons coming out in the future.

Jessica V

You might want to watch witch hat atelier

Mister_Momus

All three of these would be great in different ways for you two. Demon Slayer's (good, pure, intense, though maybe a little simple storywise) latest was a theatrical release, that doesn't look like it will be put on streaming until the next theatrical release comes out, which probably won't be put on streaming until the 3rd theatrical release comes out - and who knows when that final movie will be put on streaming MHA is wrapping and will be a nice, complete superhero story for you. Frieren can scratch Adam's fantasy itch and is super mellow to balance things out with the more brutal shows on the schedule.

Alexander Kramer

Really excited for Frieren, but if y'all need a more action-y anime after Delicious in Dungeon it makes sense to me. (Still think Jay will love Frieren)

Reece Hart

I will throw my vote to Demon Slayer even though I know the other two are more popular. Honestly all three of these choices are bangers

Leosol

Honestly, all 3 please. For speed and intensity (physical and emotional) I’d go Demon Slayer. For long term story telling and old school shonen romp, MHA. For contemplative relaxing with occasional bursts of intense combat, Frieren. All 3 will definitely make yall cry. So we all win no matter what.

Jen Smith

When can I vote for One Punch? Jay would love it!

Braden Freeman

Frieren will make Jay cry, crying equals views, Adam. You know what you have to do, and I know you have the strength to do it. Do it! Or don't! Im not your mom!! Okay byyyyee ❤️

Th3arrogantLibra

And I you guys do MHA y’all have to watch the movies as well since they are canon

Kate L.

Do MHA so I can make my good friend watch you all and she can make me try it. 😛

JAMES D'ALESSANDRO

It's not slow at all. This is a perfect show. It's like poetry. Nothing comes close. It has some of e every anime genre in it and does each genre better than every other show.

JAMES D'ALESSANDRO

Frieren is the best on this list but if you guys watch dub over sub i would go with MHA. The dud in Frieren is not terrible but the sub is much better. MHA is great in sub, but even better in dub.

templeofthegods .

All are good but Frieren has less eps to get through before you can start another series. Like Demonslayer 🤩

Bernard Manansala

I don't have a horse in this race but I would like to submit a movie for maybe a 80s themed action movie poll. First Blood

Ryan

MY HERO‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ AUGhgHGGg

Ryan

PLS

Chase Dunlap

Im down for any of these, but i cant help but root for MHA. I think Jay will almost immediately fall in love with the world building of MHA.

Sam 2003

Me too! Crossing my fingers that my hero wins!

kaawro

Frieren season 1 is great, the soundtrack is amazing. I would also LOVE if you guys reacted to Witch Hat Atelier when it all comes out, I've already cried a couple of times because of how beautiful it was.

Merlin

Frieren is absolutely amazing and cozy

Tristan Loftus

Great choices I'd be happy with pretty much any of these but as others have said if you're looking for a stellar season of anime, even if you don't pick up season 2, Frieren would be a great time. The others are amazing shows, but arguably require a more long term commitment, to get the full payoff.

Chris Skalicky

Dub for all of these? I hope so 😉

현빈 최

If you watch frieren (as someone who usually watches in dub) the sub is a significant enough improvement i would recommend it 😊
