Hey Peaches! Wow. Critical Role knows how to do cliffhangers. We've got surprise dragons. We've got Sphinx. We've got ballads. We've got blood lust. Realm hopping. Friend stabbing. The cell games, or the Tournament of Power if you're nasty. Straight up. Serious question. Is it Thursday yet?

No. It is only Sunday my dudes.

Evan Wucher

He did say wound him. Damn what a scene, emotional damage indeed

Matthew A. LeBlanc

Cure Wounds and Healing Word are both bard spells...so yes, Scanlan can heal (plus he's College of Lore, so he gets to choose extra non-bard spells as well...hence The Hand)

True, but they haven't given him the same spells int he show that he has in the stream. For example he's never used dimension door in the show whereas he used it all the time in the stream.

He hasn't used them, but when Vex was dead he reached into his bag of holding saying we must have a potion. And if that's true a healing potion should be good enough to revive the wounded Pike. Or they get lucky and land at her temple? :-)

Anyone remember Osysa's lines from episode 2? Specifically "It pains me to be apart from my mate" or something to that effect... it was "it pains me". So they didn't subtly foreshadow this - the put a bright blinking light on it and we all fell for it. :-)

They already showed Scanlan doing a heal in season 1, by him learning from seeing Keyleth do it and he did it the same way; I remember something about "healing shit"?

Jonathan Frederick

Start off each episode saying Earth is flat and get those engagement numbers up.

Jonathan Frederick

I loved how the Sphinx knew that dragons name. So fucking cool. Proves these ancient dragons are known by other ancient creatures.

The Force

Don't mind me. Just gonna be over here sobbing as I listen to Scanlan's power ballad again.
