IMO it's a solid episode but not among my favorites. My problem is the same as yours: lack of an explanation of what was really going on. Of course many of the episodes end with a level of mystery, but, this one adds a level of confusion to it where you don't exactly know, for example, how these pills managed to unleash so much stuff, and what *exactly* they did. But I still think it's a successful episode. :) Your reaction was, needless to say, excellent as always.
