Casa Bonita is a real restaurant. I guess it was a small chain at one point but there's only one left in Denver, and during the pandemic it closed down after kind of going downhill over the years. Trey and Matt spent a few million to buy it and then tens of millions to renevate it, and get it back up and running. There's a documentary called Casa Bonita Mi Amore, about the whole process.
