I'm not familiar with the character but I imagine she's also taking great pleasure in the DESPAIR she's causing the nursing staff that have to tend to her.

I can kinda infer from her dialogue that she's maybe enabling Junko a little. She never does focus on the big picture and set her straight. She just keeps telling her exactly what she wants to hear.
