They are both rude, but there's a slight playful undertone in it. Dan likes feeling powerful. Meanwhile Brok is doing everything she can to not look disrespectfully.

After their little arangement is done, their dynamic will change, and whle theyy will still be teasing and shittalking to each other, it will be more playfully.
