wrapped up arc 1 of project rowdy—let me know what you thought. seriously. i don’t get to write characters this absurdly strong very often (maybe not since glory girl in arc 5 of greg vs, and even she wasn’t pulling city-level punches), so i wanna know—

did the fight scenes land?

did the pacing feel good?

too much chaos? not enough?

i’m deep into writing this week—working on nerd in the north 12 and 13 today and tomorrow, aiming to hit chapter 15 by sunday. keep an eye out.

and for real: drop your thoughts.the more you comment, the more my brain spirals into productivity mania. you want more chapters? steal my sleep and tell me your thoughts here and on every chapter.

Love the story. The fight scenes were clear (at least to me). Would like at least a timestamp to tell how long it has been.

I’m enjoying it, and as far as I could tell the fight scenes were good.

I used to do timestamps in the story and stopped because it felt too handholdy. But I'll get back to doing them. It's been 2.5 months by the way since mid-June. Currently September

In this order: “did the fight scenes land?” -Yes, absolutely. “did the pacing feel good?” -Pacing was phenomenal! “too much chaos? not enough?” -Dude, seriously? There no such thing as ‘too much chaos’. You did great. Better than great actually. Exemplary is a better adjective in all honesty.

Love the fight scenes and the little hints of the Rowdyruff Boys actually getting some much needed character development by interacting with others in a positive way!

I’m hooked and want more! I love the fights scenes and I’m looking forward to how the boys will fare against a viltrumite! I especially want to get more scenes with the boys interacting with other characters in the story!

The introduction to the settings was👌 they were born to be bad and this slow redemption arc as they find out they can be more than what they were created to be. My guy absolute cinema. The fighting scenes were great. Definitely different from your other stories being you're keeping us informed on all 3. But man you nailed this I've always liked your work but this was my 1st time just needing more. Even as a standalone this was a solid arc or book 1. Definitely going to reread this over the weekend when I have more free time

Everything was awesome. The only thing I can criticize about is that the rowdyruff boys didn’t do enough “asshole” things in the beginning. They’re the types of boys to take clothes when they see someone skinny dipping. They’re the type of boys to key your car because they don’t like the look of it. They’re the types of boys to take all of your toilet paper just to TP your house. That’s all the criticisms I have. It was awesome otherwise.

As someone with little to no knowledge of either settings, I was (pleasantly) surprised by how quickly I got hooked into the story. The fighting so far largely landed in my opinion (though I don't get why Brick didn't just rapidly instakill all of them from above with his flight+super speed/reflexes+super vision+heat vision), happy with the pacing (a lot of showing and not just expositionary telling thankfully), and more than happy with the chaos.

It was awesome well worth waiting for nerd in the North I'm torn though now we got a go through a rotation till we come back to rowdy.

Really loving project rowdy! I especially like how distinct the three brother are. I think the latest fight scene was done really well
