I didn’t realize you guys were such a big fan of life is but a game.

I have the rest of arc one written out as a synopsis. I just need to plot it and we’ll be ready to go.

Fool of the devil is already plotted out for all of arc 2

project rowdy arc two hasn’t been plotted out at all. But I hear you and I am working on it.

What was your inspiration for it? Life is but a game I mean. Also, how does Mana work? Is it like ‘Ki’ or something else??? Also, my dude, don’t over work yourself. Take a break! Sleep! Get a consistent schedule! Or maybe some help or beta readers. One or the other. Just don’t t exhaust yourself so much it affects your health.

My inspiration. I read DC comics and got really interested in one character and the people he came from. Mana is like the spiritual part of Ki. Will is the physical part

Curious, do you have plan on revealing Ezekiels past, or where he got his powers from? Or will we be left in the dark for now? Don’t have to answer just curious if that will be explored more or not.

Awesome-sauce! Sorry for not commenting on ‘Running From Himself’ but… I don’t like The Boys. All the other stories you’ve written of that world are crossovers (which added some interest from me), but while I LOVE your other Si stories, straight-up vanilla The Boys setting will get a pass from me. -Still, I understand the need to listen to your muse. Do whatever you need to keep the creative juices flowing bro. Just, don’t burn yourself out, yeah?

zfighter18

Yes, I do but you will be in the dark for now

DivineDrawings96

I agree. I take like a week or two off (or a few days up to you) just to recharge. Read a book or fic, play games, watch tv, see a movie. Etc etc.

The Reading and Gaming suggestions have great merit, me thinks. I always have my best ideas when I’m reading an original work or gaming (that, and when I’m about to fall asleep annoyingly enough).

I was very surprised Z chose to write a story set purely in The Boys. I think the world has some interesting powers, but that it’s a really hard setting to tell a compelling story in because the heroes are fake and the villains are manufactured. The only source of conflict you can pursue is trying to take down Vought, which is the plot of the show.

zfighter18

You could do a lot with the fact that V is out and loose and there are many worse groups other than Vought in the world but the show never would

You basically have to be ‘in the zone’ to get your best ideas basically.
