How are you guys liking war so far? I have a few more chapters outlined out ready to go and then I’ll switch to nerd in the north for like 10 chapters.

And then the next 10 chapters of massive disaster.

I just wanna get your opinion on how you like the story so far

I like it but the small skips fit this story less then your other ones. IE i mean the skips in time between chapters.

Each chapter follows right after the other. There haven’t really been time skip so much as it’s like the next day or a few hours later. But I’d like to understand more what you mean.

Yeah its like the chapter ends in the middle of a scene only for the next chapter to be elsewhere. Like the scene were he obtained the necklace it just ends there. No reactions from other trainers or the padre after the necklace appears from nowhere. Its just hes home.

Interesting. That’s where I would consider the chapter to end. Because adding reactions for something small like that seems unnecessary. It feels like padding, but maybe I should work on that.

As I said previously its ok for your other books/fics but for this one it just feels like we need more.

I like it, I like the powers he’s getting. I am concerned about the sharingan being over used. I say keep it as a back up just in case things go wrong. Like a secret weapon. Like…have him eventually in time get used to the power since it can drain your chakra reserves. But with enough time he can be like itachi and have it almost indefinitely. but maybe have them interact with heroes? Or like Nightwing or the Bat? Do some heroes know about the hunters?? Considering this DCAMU him meeting these guys is only amount of time.

I like it. Talked about the nexus and it’s variety before so I’ll just skip that. Only thing I’m sus on for it is summoning people cause it feels like that could get weird pretty quickly. The magus friend was handled well but that was a specific circumstance. The MC is interesting enough, family situation is rough, terrible hometown, etc. Not much interaction with the wider DC world but it’s the opening arc and he just got his powers so that’s to be expected. Vampires seem like a good first opponent for him to deal with and build both himself and his name up. Pretty interested in seeing how he approaches his training without a dedicated Naruto/ninja sensei since the perk only gave him basic/beginner level knowledge, Gotta watch out for eye thief’s too, a lot of people would want those eyes depending on how they work without chakra.

Nightwing will show up. No, heroes do not know about the hunters. At least not like the Meta heroes.

I’ve already pre-rolled for a bit and there’s no other characters, but if I can’t establish them in universe, I’m probably gonna reroll. I don’t want it to just derail the whole story by just dropping somebody random.

I'm really digging Kenny's voice in this fic and the absolute mess he started out in. Look forward to seeing how he'll progress though I gotta say I'm always a fan of initial street level celestial fics.
