Thinking of introducing the Dispatch setting into Project ROWDY.

Just in the background as they’re too low a power level to be effective or present in the story.

Eh, I don't think it's a good idea. Invincible is already plenty big.

Without sounding like too critical because I'm sure you would do great with it but a straight dispatch fic would be way better

Either could be great, would be interesting to see how the SDN corporate would work in infamous. I'm not too familiar with City of Heroes.

Mutant's and Masterminds is a pretty good setting with a pretty grounded power system. I think Phenomeman would actually be a pretty good indicator for the bottom rung of the high tier Super's, seeing as he's not all that strong in comparison to Superman but has incredible durability.

It could fit the issue I see is the quantity there's 50 heroes in the torence branch alone but in invincible there's like 50 named heroes all doing their own thing or on separate teams the other issue is the reformed villain aspect I don't understand how the sdn can just do that when Cecil has control of the prisons that hold said villains

I’m unsure tbh. I wouldn’t mind them appearing, but they’re so weak that I can’t see them ever showing up on the boys’ radar other than if they get in over their heads and need a rescue, which feels insulting.

Invincible and the wider Kirkmanverse have tons of heroes. They just don't get focus. And there's tons of reformed villains. In the comics, that's a regular thing
