Hello! I had lots of questions about where to go from a side suspension, here is a very simple solution.

Here I explain how I go from a side suspension to upside down. Full transition takes me about 15-20 min if I don't rush and enjoy the process.

This one is quite interesting to experience as a model too since there is a lot of change of positions.

Please do not attempt this unless you already already are comfortable with suspension, know up-lines, a suspension worthy chest harness and a hip harness. This is not a beginner tutorial, this is an advanced flow.
