A little journal from my weekend in Monterrey ❤️

This trip ended up being about much more than teaching rope.

In this video I share some of the highlights from the weekend: exploring the city, visiting a contemporary art museum, hunting down unusual architecture, seeing a Shibari performance, drinking lots of good coffee, hiking to a waterfall, and teaching two workshops.

But the biggest story was probably teaching a full 3-hour class in Spanish for the first time. Something I had been nervous about for a very long time.

I also talk about the wonderful people who made us feel so welcome during our stay.

Thank you Hector, Diana, and everyone who joined the workshops. I left feeling inspired, proud, and already looking forward to coming back.
