Cenote Suspension #2 (Patreon)
Content
This is a pure case of - the model made this happen.
Viv was traveling to Playa and wanted to do a cenote photo session or a suspension photo session. In the end she found this cenote where we could do both and after a long long chat with the cenote about their set up and not understanding anything we decided to just go there try it, worst thing - we just don't do it and have a good time at a cenote.
I wanted to do a shoot like this for a very long time. Cenote and suspension - yes please. It will add to my new photo book idea of shibari around Mexico.
Also I texted a photographer that did an areal shoot at that cenote to ask about their set up, and he told me that it is too dangerous to go there on your own but you can hire him blabla
in the end - the set up was totally fine, nothing crazy dangerous, you jut need to know how to rig to install stuff, which I know something about, so we did ok on that part!
First we took photos of Edson ( I posted them last week), Viv went second, and it was so smooth and easy. I pre-tied all the harnesses, quickly connected her from that paddle board, almost with no shaking this time since my husband helped hold it, then we got Viv into a good position, shot for 5 min and were done!
the funniest thing is ... to swim back under the model on a paddle board and try to get them back directly on it , but we managed that too, no one even fell in the water!
Hope you enjoy these shots , and here was my little non-poetic story .
