I highly suggest that you should watch the tv show: Interview with the Vampire. It's amazing, very well written and well-acted.

Oh this is an unexpected treat! Think I saw bits and pieces when I was around 11 or 12 years old. Never ever forgot the scene with Claudia in the obelisk tower when she gets burned to death. In 10th grade I decided to read the book before finally watching the movie in full. Queen of the Damned is the "sequel" to this. All new cast members, and it totally ruined the book of the same name haha. But it's another vampire movie if you're interested and wish to see more of Lestat, and it has a killer soundtrack.

Fun fact: Anne Rice initially hated the casting of Tom Cruise. But she changed her mind after watching the final product.

Thank you Scott! You always pick the great ones!

You would love the show, you should definitely react to it! It is so good!

Scott Kerr

"Your fall from grace has been the fall of a century" - definitely my favorite quote from the movie.

The Hero's Wizard

"Though the ship was blessedly free of rats, nevertheless a strange plague struck its passengers." "Another plague??" Oh, my sweet summer child 😄

In New Orleans you can take tours of the shooting locations. I love this movie, I was younger than Claudia when I saw this in theaters 😃
