They don’t perform autopsies on everyone who dies. Camilla was a woman in hospice dying of cancer. I think it’s unlikely they’d do one for her.

Camila was a phenomenal actress she sold being terminally ill better than any other actor I’ve seen. It was so believable.

Margo Martindale, who plays Camila, has been great in so many TV shows (and movies). One that you should put on your list if you haven't already is "The Americans," a brilliant spy-related drama. She has a minor role but won a couple of Emmys for it.

2026-09-21 00:00 Sorry but I would absolutely blame Debra for Wendell's death if I was the parent...He was a minor and shouldn't have been talking to her without consent which she never got and was actually told no .. Talking to Debra was a direct result of Wendell's death as a parent I would be livid and sue the police .. Love Deb but she was wrong af for that one.

yo the way the IA lady tries to blame debra is so insane to me, she gave debra ZERO INFO and then tries to guilt trip her with all the info now that the case is done, if you give her any type of hint maybe she listens but all she did was insult her and be bitchy😂you get what you give

Ikr, why couldn't she say from the beginning that Quinn was responsible for a cop dying?? That would've made Debra cooperate a lot more. Idk maybe she couldn't say anything, but she blurted it out like it was nothing at the end which makes me think it wasn't all that confidential. Especially if Debras cooperation was necessary

He didn't get killed because he was a minor and no consent was given, he got killed because the skinner was following Deb. And actually if the parents gave consent on the day Debra asked, she never would've had to follow Wendell to his home where the skinner could see her talking to him. The only one to blame here is the skinner. Debra didn't know people she talks to were targeted yet, I'm sure she would've been a lot more careful with Wendell if she knew, same way she tried to protect Anton later on.

Im Not Saying Deb Killed Him. Most parents would find her responsible and she did violate the law talking to him after consent was denied ..She should have left the kid alone completely.. Like I said, I love Deb, but I also can’ t b mad at the mom being upset.. If I lost My child I would be. Just seeing the other side…Deb Pushed to hard and this time it cost a mother her child. She was told No she should of never went to the house ..They had a right to not get involved and endanger themselves. Deb also felt somewhat responsible hence her guilt .

Deb was at his house to continue to question the minor knowing she didn’t have consent and that led to his death. If she didn’t go there Wendell would have lived. It’s pretty cut and dry in that respect .

i agree w you, but i am pretty sure wendell was the kid keeping lookout when dexter came to freebo's in the first episode or so acting like a junkie trying to score. not that wendell deserved any of this at all, but he was directly connected to freebo so the skinner may have gotten him anyways. but if I was wendells mom i would also go tf off on deb and all of miamo metro

If the mom gave consent, Wendell would have spoken to Deb at the station and the skinner would have never followed them anywhere. I'm not saying she was wrong for saying no or blame her either, but if we're talking about actions which lead to Wendell getting killed, this counts too. And just like the other comment said, Wendell was Freebos doorman and was involved in his drug sales, so the skinner would have come after him anyway. Deb played her part, but blaming her to this degree just makes no sense. I understand the moms anger, I just don't personally hold Deb responsible for this.

Thats the point “If” but she did actually say she didn’t want her son talking to her. That’s the whole point.. Hence why I do not Blame the mom for blaming Deb ..I don’t think It is Debs fault but I understand why the mother of Wendell would …We can all say if this if that but how the episode played out are the only facts I’m looking at… What actually happened not what woulda shoulda coulda..Im commenting on what DID happen

Debra already knew the skinner was targeting people who talked to the police, the mother knew that too and gave that as her reasoning as to why she doesn't want Wendell talking to the cops, she went behind the mother's back and talked to him anyways which led to his death, obviously the skinner is at fault but that doesn't clear Deb of her fault, she knew the risks and apparently decided Wendell's life was worth trying to find a lead and it lead to the obvious conclusion of Wendell dying
