ONE OF THE BEST 🤩 you should also watch the 2018 remake! very dark, beautifully shot and well acted. I recently watched Possession (1981) for the first time and it was a wild ride… the 70’s/80’s do not disappoint when it comes to horror. the performances in that one especially are incredible

Dario Argento did another horror movie called Deep Red (1975) that you should totally check out as well. One of the things that I've always loved about Suspriria is not that it's scary regarding the aspect of a killer. The aesthetic of the film is the scary part, in my opinion. That includes the colors, the strange noises, the repetitive composed music, the maze-like building, the eyes in the dark, the eerie facial expressions from the characters, etc. The aesthetic is the truly scary part of this movie in my opinion. It's incredibly extraordinary.

Suspiria is one of my favorite films of all time. I’ve been wanting to request Argento films for a while but I wasn’t sure his style would work for you. Because he has no real interest in plot or character. And that seems to be what you gravitate towards mostly. But I’m happy to see you like Suspiria as much as you did.
