The scene with Ronnie and the bed reminded me of that waterbed scene in Nightmare on Elm Street. Love this show so much they aren't punking out on the scenes. They're not afraid of taking it there and that's awesome

I just watched eps 1 & 2. I can't believe they killed off the two guy friends in the first one. I really liked them. And that lampshade scene was soooo wrong. And the car birthing. I guess they really wanted to shock and horrify us right away. And in episode 2, the bedroom scene and the pickle scene were very creepy too. Six more episodes to go. I can't imagine how they're going to top what we've seen so far.

Dreamboat = hottie, sexy, cute. I don't know when little kids singing got creepy. I didn't get creeped out by hearing Shirley Temple, The Little Rascals, or little Michael Jackson singing. They made a point of showing an alley (at 19:41) just before Mrs. Hanlon entered the flower shop. That's the alley from the 1st movie where Mike Hanlon saw a vision of burnt hands reaching out from a door. His parents died in a house fire. This show is doing a pretty good job of showing the racism that existed during that time. The cop was under pressure from the community to arrest a black man for a crime he didn't commit. It's an interesting contrast to Hanlon getting a white man OUT of prison for a crime he didn't commit.

I feel like if Marge gets a vision, it will be about patty and showing her that she really doesn't like her, it has to be about her trying so hard to fit in with the popular girl.
