That whole breathing thing 4:14 I have it too and completely understand I use to feel my chest close and my hands would get numb kind of like pins and needles is the best way to put it but it happens for other things other than just breathing and thinking about it like I felt a pop in my stomach and that’s when I had one as well even though I’m genuinely fine 2 years later🤦🤣
