I liked this episode because it was good to see rhaenyra a little bit out of her depth and being incompetent. I also enjoy the parallels between her and aegon with them both wanting the crown solely as a symbol of their father’s faith in them while being completely unqualified for the job.

Nah man the music this episode was awesome. Really made you feel how uneasy and overwhelmed rhaenyra is. It was fantastic. It was right up there in quality with the first 2. Just in a different way without action. The dialogue was really good. Pretty much everything I have seen is people praising this episode, similar to how yall felt. I loved seeing the stuff a king or queen has to actually deal with. I don’t recall ever seeing a pov from a king or queen in GOT. Every scene with Emma and Olivia Cooke is magnificent. I hope we get a ton of scenes with them together.

I am extremely nervous now the 3 dragon seeds might turn on the blacks. Ulf has been disrespected by daemon at every turn. Ulfs wife left to tumbleton and that might cause issue if he is sent there to deal with the greens as well as not getting the house he was promised. And then Corlys and adaam feeling betrayed by them not being legitimized. On first watch I was mad rhaenyra didn’t just do it however from her point of view it will severely hurt the legitimacy of joffrey. Not to mention corlys just started acknowledging his sons as his own literally. He could have given her some time, she has so much to deal with as is. It’s crazy also that only a few months has passed since aegon was made king. She lost both Lucerys and Jace within weeks of each other.

Yes, we still can hear it because our headphones are very loud. I think we have more trouble hearing each other sometimes lol. But we also have subtitles on just in case as well, we can read that. We just have to talk during the reaction a bit or else the video will get blocked. If we ever do miss something, I’ll make sure to rewind.
