Also recommend watching Spider-Man: The Animated Series for the channel too. They exist in the same universe.

Yes, Polaris was one of the original 8 X-Men before Storm and Wolverine joined. And she’s one of Magneto’s 4 kids at the time. His 1st child was a human German girl who had died a child in a house fire, set by a mob because they knew Magneto was a mutant. This made him snap and slaughter them, scaring his wife at the time who was pregnant with twins Wanda and Pietro. She ran away and Magneto didn’t know about the twins until they were older. Polaris was born years later in America when her mother cheated on her husband with Magneto. Magneto knew of her but focused on his mission and stayed out of her life until she was older and involved with the X-Men.

The Danger Room Ai was a gift from the Shiar Empire. The bird people. Danger (The Danger Room) going crazy is a storyline in the comics. This show speedruns it though. In the comics she’s a much more tragic character but becomes an ally.

I think they added that feature this week because I just noticed it yesterday.
