It’s one of those things were it’s just impossible to say you would instantly remember young Michael looking exactly like Mikel. Remember Hannah has NO IDEA about time travel. So she wouldn’t be like oh shit Michael looked similar to Mikel, that’s him traveled back in time! Hannah forsure knows who Mikel is, she just and probably thinks they looks scary similar but wouldn’t instantly put it together bc trims travel isn’t a known thing. Everything we are seeing has happened to them and it’s something they could remember they just don’t after all these years. It’s harder to remember than you would think, especially when you have no idea about time travel. You don’t think about it

The picture didn’t change, it’s always been there. Mikel grew up in the past in 1986 as Michael. They just didn’t notice or to think to look bc nobody thinks “time travel”

In regards to whether Hannah knows Michael was Mikkel and whether she even really knew Mikkel in the present time, I'm sure she knew the kid Mikkel, Katharina and Ulrich's son, because after all it's a small town and most are friends - at least on the surface xD I imagine that the human brain can't cope with "hey, my husband as a kid looked exactly like Mikkel!" so I think the brain kind of dissociates, cos it's such an impossible thought. That's my interpretation of it anyway
