Even though you’ve seen the film already, U-boats were pretty much the most indestructible, powerful machine during this period, only reason they didn’t demolish the allied navy, was hitlers arrogance to avoid funding the program and Alan Turing solving the enigma code 👍 love from Australia

That’s pretty much the most simplified you could say but there are different opinions on the u boats during this period and their effectiveness so open to other opinions 👍

Can’t go wrong with a Nolan film. I adore them all to various levels but I’ve never hated one or thought it sucked.

Was wondering when you’d pick up on the time. That’s why there’s a constant ticking clock in the background.

Also u didn’t recognize a younger Aegon Targaryen from THOTD

Scott Kerr

Perfect movie based on true events. I love how the civilians become involved in helping. I just love that about what happened at Dunkirk.

Also at the very end, the boy in the train station who gave them the newspaper is a very young Jacaerys Velaryon.
