Patreon commission reward tier added ($35 ONLY 2 SPOTS) (Patreon)

Since my main platform to advertise my service has been terminated, I figured I start doing commissions through here. It still has to follow the guidelines for commissions. If you want more out of a commission, you should email me instead.

If this works out well, I may add in more slots.
