Updating the ChS200 electric locomotive and some other things (Patreon)

Unfortunately, many people have tight deadlines at the end of the year, and everything doesn't meet deadlines. For the same reasons, ChS200 came out with some flaws, but we have already fixed and finalized all the issues, so you can download the updated version in the previous post.

What has been fixed:

1) Texture compression has been changed, now textures are of high quality.

2) Improved sounds

3) All sorts of little things have been finalized.

4) And most importantly, assets have been added!

We also completely forgot to mention that the archive with TVZ cars (Package Has been updated in the file archive, archive: TGR_TVZ_pack1_1 Passengers were not displayed in one of the cars, but now everything is fine. :)

Увы в конце года у многих случается жесткие дедлайны и все не усевается. По таким же причинам ЧС200 вышел с некоторым недоработками, но мы уже все проблемы исправили и доработали, по этому Вы можете перекачать обновленную версию в прошлом посте.   

Что было исправлено:

1) Изменено сжатие текстур, теперь текстуры высокого качества.

2) Доработаны звуки

3) Доработаны всякие мелочи. 

4) И самое главное, добавлены ассеты!

Так же мы совсем забыли сказать что в файловом архиве обновился архив с вагонами ТВЗ (Пак 1), архив: TGR_TVZ_pack1_1 В одном из вагонов не отображались пассажиры, в общем ошибка не критичная но кому важен визуал можете так же перекачать :)
