Are you going to continue reacting to the show? Loved the reaction. Jacob Tierney is the creator of the show and he is a gay man. The author of the book is bi and her husband who she got feedback from is bi as well. Yes, the characters are pro and they were drafted #1 and #2 so they are the best in the league. As professional hockey players, they are constantly traveling and not staying in one place, and they are situated in different cities, so the time jumps are realistic in that they just see each other when they are in the same place, and it works out. Very much a situationship. Also, in real life there are rumors that Conner Storrie (Ilya) is dating the guy who plays Hunter in the show

late to comment, but it’s canon that shane is autistic, so you might pick up on some of his mannerisms. and the time jumps are jarring at first but it only shows when they see each other
