Hey everyone,

It has come to my attention that some Patrons had issues with accessing Tiers after pledging in Euro or British Pound. For example they would pledge 9.50 Euro and not be able to access Tier 1 rewards. I have already reported this issue to Patreon and am waiting for their response.

The questions is, did you have the same issue when pledging in other currencies other than the US dollar $ ? Also, did you encounter this problem with other creators?

Your answers will help pin point the problem, please vote if you pledged in Euro or British Pound.

Also, as a reward...

I have pledged to msany creators; always in EUR. Ihave sometimes changed my pledge either up or down and I never had any problems. Just to be clear: Those who have reported errors, have they always used the same currency or did they change, e.g. from EUR to GBP?

Seems that a few people were new patrons and they encountered this problem... Patreon told me everything should be working fine, I'll have to keep an eye on the situation for now.

I had a problem with one of the creators that I support, where it said that the tier that I had subscribed to no longer existed. Not sure if it's related to this issue or not. I still subscribe to most of my creators in $, although I pay in GBP and Patreon does the conversion for me. I haven't got around to changing all my subs to GBP where creators now offer the choice.

Joined Tier 1 on Nov 1st (paid £10.20). It's now Nov 8th and I still have no access to Tier 1 benefits. I have not experienced this problem with any of my other Patreon memberships. I consider myself a reasonable and patient Patron., however, this is money paid and at this point I feel, to say the least, pretty disheartened and disappointed.

Thanks for your swift and helpful response confirming that work to resolve this issue with Patreon is ongoing and enclosing useful information to help alleviate as far as possible the current situation. I'm posting this here to qualify and update my previous post so that others reading this will see that you are both receptive and responsive to our issues. Any future posts with you will be via PM but for the time being I would like to confirm that, contrary to my previous post, I now feel inspired and satisfied! Thanks a bunch!
