Go D. Usopp finally appeared! His goto lie of having 8,000 followers is now true (somewhat). Also, Jack if you remember, he also lied about a giant goldfish when he was still in Syrup Village talking to Kaya, and then that giant goldfish was actually true. Brogy and Dorry the giants killed it when they were about to leave Little Island. Also also, in Thriller Bark when Usopp woke Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji he used the sentence "A beautiful female swordmaster has brought a lot of meat", which is now true with Rebecca, a beautiful female swordmaster, treating Luffy with meat. You can probably see a pattern here and with that said that bit will be a good thing to look for whenever Usopp is involved.

Just a small detail from the Fishman Island: Robin arrived after Jinbe told the rest of the crew the backstory of the Sun Pirates and Koala (for the sake of the plot?), so in theory Jinbe dont know (or maybe...) that Koala its with the Revolutionary Army. Also I dont think Luffy told to any of their crew about Sabo.

That's an interesting point about Fishman Island, good story consistency on Oda's part to have her arrive later since she would have likely revealed Koala's status as a revolutionary. Luffy didn't tell the crew about Sabo, but Robin said to Sabo this episode "Did you see Luffy?" which implies she knew Sabo was Luffy's brother. Sabo likely told her who he was during the timeskip. Which makes sense considering Robin was with the revolutionaries for 2 years, so of course Sabo would talk to her about Luffy since he knew she was his crewmate. For whatever reason Robin chose to not tell Luffy that Sabo was alive after they met up post timeskip. I assume Sabo wanted it to remain a secret for the time being? It had to have been his decision otherwise Robin would have said something I think. That's the only explanation that makes sense to me. Perhaps Sabo didn't want the sudden revelation of him being alive to derail Luffy's own dreams and plans? He was likely already planning on meeting Luffy anyway, and had maybe even planned to meet him in Dressrosa before Robin left the revolutionaries and regrouped with the Strawhats. Robin did not even seem that surprised to see that Koala and Sabo they were in Dressrosa, she may have even known Sabo was planning on meeting up with Luffy in Dressrosa or that it was a possibility. Edit: From a little research I have learned that in the official OP light novel "heroines" it is explained that Robin was asked by Sabo to promise that she would keep him being alive a secret from Luffy. That light novel was not written by Oda and to my knowledge people debate if it is canon or non canon (it is a bit of a grey area), but I will go with that explanation since it makes sense and does not contradict the canon.

Not sure if you're aware but you don't need to eat the entire devil fruit to gain its ability. Ace found the Mera Mera no mi on a deserted island after saving a person named masked Deuce. Since both of them were hungry, they decided to share the fruit (not knowing that it was a devil fruit). Ace got the powers because he was the first person to take a bite.
