Sanji better get his chance next arc its so unfair he's been sidelined for so long the last actually cool thing he got was water 7 and enies lobby.

Not really wci was just his story which was good but he didn't even get to show out much it's mostly big mom and Luffy fighting thousands of tanky dudes then one super tanky dude after another and wano was a crapshoot with one thing near the very end not the same as being front runner for a two part arc.

Yes, he better does get his moments, but saying that the last cool thing was enies lobby is also not fair. I liked the end of him against Queen aswell as the moment when he freed his family in WCI. He gets much more emotional and character shaping moments, now we just need a little bit animation budget for him.

Notice how they greeted Luffy? They cut up the worm to save him, exactly how Luffy met them on little garden - he was eaten by a long neck dinosaur when Dorry cut up the neck of the dinosaur. For anyone needing reference it is in Chapter 116, somewhere in the middle of it.

You are right. The only thing that could resemble a spoiler is in the one shot with Garling, but everyone in the shot is shrouded so it's fine.

But you know for a fact he doesn't get the same treatment as Luffy and Zoro since the TS those small moments are just that barely background noise one off stunts then right to the sidelines. His first two islands were getting taken out by gags which I don't really care about but stuck too long or injured by an opponent that he should have no problem with then separating from our main fighting crew at dressrosa for years on our end.

man...it's been the top level of animation for a while now, but I love the manga so much I still always want better. This hit that craving, this is what those chapters felt like.

🤓☝️ in Jack's defense ... we actually don't know if they are Zoan users or something else ... their presentation in both anime and manga just include the name of the "yokai" of mythical beast of japanese culture they take the form of ... it never included "user of the something something fruit" But also, u have a point, even if they were Zoan users, Jack should know they should have at least 3 forms... 1.- Original User form 2.- Full animal Zoan form 3.- The hybrid form of the 2 of those so regardless jack doesn't have an excuse 😠 and i just wanted to point out that we don't know exactly "what" they are 🤓☝️

Oda said Black Maria uses drugs or something to accomplish it but she also had her animal and human halves perfectly separate, centaur style, when her true hybrid form is monstrous. Average Zoans usually blend together all their characteristics in hybrid form. Weird exceptions are those like these with wings: Marco, Stussy, Laffitte. I think it's a fair assumption that very skilled Zoans can pull off centaur style. Ironically, Jack tried centaur mammoth and Saturn was very similar to Black Maria but they couldn't pull off a clean look. I've also considered a spoiler character.

Besides Luffy ... Sanji is the 2nd strawhat that Oda uses the most to move the plot forward... he is always doing something to move the ploth in favour of the crew ... yes he typically doesn't get the "cool badass" moments or the big fights ... that's always zoro, but if you "review" or rewatch every single arc Sanji is most lickely the one oda uses to make the strawhats plans to work in some way or form ... if the crew were a League of Legends match xD Sanji will be the support that's always saving or helping the rest of them who is also strong enough to manage to keep a fight on his own vs strong oponents

I feel like the elders aren't actually that strong individually . I reckon most of the admirals are actually stronger. The elders have hax though thanks to their weird demonic healing ability and having busted mythical zoans. Realistically Dorry and Broggy are probably as strong together as a Yonko, so it makes sense they could do what they just did to 4 of the 5. Especially when you consider that Saturn has already shown that he doesn't care at all about taking hits, as he can heal it back anyway. The other elders seem to fight in much the same mentality.

ngl that feels like a weak point. A lot of devil fruit users aren't that strong without it. I know there are so many people that don't have fruits that are strong but to dismiss the fruits and their other abilities just to call them weak isn't that good of a point. Yeah without the fruits for both, I can believe the admirals could be stronger. They aren't just strong, they are busted. Even if Saturn was losing for a while, he could still keep healing until Luffy was worned out again. I do agree with two things, that Dorry and Broggy are yonko levels together which is why they could handle their own against the elders. And that the elders don't care about taking hits because they can heal. No hate, I just disagree that they aren't that strong.

Saturn was in his hybrid form when he first landed on the island, when he was still holding his cane. he just recently went full beast form

Ussop didn't need the budget because he tells his stories like a kid tells a fairytale. Filled with lies, wonder but most importantly, innocence. I believe it was an artistic choice to remind us that Ussop tells fables in a childlike way. That his observational powers, are grounded in a childlike worldview he developed through storytelling. Ussops lies become reality and I believe that's because he freely believes in the wonder of the World. That internal belief ends up being his Haki power source and it's what made him unlock Observation Haki. Some also believe he unlocked future sight in this same moment because of the over-the-top story he "made up" of Law and Luffy getting touched by Sugar. If you believe that like I do, then it becomes easier to believe that Ussop has the ability to peer deep into the future like Madam Sharley does, but instead of a magic ball to get a clear view his view comes out as lies that'll only be confirmed by moving forward in the story. To me all the Straw Hats have a unique Haki within them that comes from the will power and worldview they developed throughout their entire lives. Sanji has Love Haki which shows as his Lady Radar, explaining why his Observation Haki is the best. Brook and Zoro have afterlife Haki or Haki that's aligned with death. Brooks ice powers coming from the coldness of his life as a wander soul. Zoro has been standing at the edge of the cliff of death all series long and by staying that close, he's that much closer to realizing his dream and being able to tell Kuina up in heaven that he, and the will she shared with him, became the World's Strongest Swordsman. Ussop in this regard has been wanting to make the harsh adult reality of not having a father easier to understand, and that's why he's been lying and wondering about the world like a kid. As he stepped out onto the sea, he's both been growing beyond that child-like self, but also realizing it's a part of him, a foundational part. And I believe becoming a beefy boy isn't what will make Ussop a Brave Warrior of the Sea, but it's that he'll come to believe a truth about the world that will make him know his lies are true. He'll believe in his own unique power of "worrying so that he can find the safest answer" and having mental strength over that will make him lock in. It may even do some reality warp nonsense where Ussop can lie to himself so well that he can break reality. I'm looking towards Ussop actually picking up a real Giants weapon and by using the power of lies and delusion, he'll be able to use those weapons like he pretended to use the multi-ton Hammer from the Pre-TS. I'm just trying to think of all the ridiculous s**t Oda could pull and say "go back and look, I've been foreshadowing this forever" like has happened time and time again

back on little garden you have to remember we met the giants when they had been fighting each other constantly for 100 years so they where most likely very weak compared to there probably peak forms now with new gear not that busted up stuff plus they had to be the strongest of the strong to become leaders of the giant pirates

lol we have not even seen the full extent of the gorusei's abilities, they are actually not here for direct conflict either. They are here to complete a mission thats all. There is a reason many of them have war wounds and scars. No named attacks from them have even been shown at this point. This is merely just an intro to their presence. So I think its a little shortsided to say they are not strong because we don't have enough proof to validate that. I will venture to guess they have most likely been in quite a few skuffles with previous legends and emperors through out history.
