So, as you said in an earlier episode, most espada resurrections are based on animals. Most are, but not all. Murcielago is spanish for Bat, hence his wings and furlike appendages/tuffs of hair. Also, Ichigo reacted to the javelin Ulquiorra threw in time, but Ulquiorra just threw another one so fast that Ichigo only saw the second one when it grazed him. The force of the second one just sent him flying.

Your reaction for these episodes did not disappoint! The "Getsuga" is just the name for the slash projectile that Ichigo can fire at will. It's simply his Zanpakuto ability so to speak, throwing slashes at enemies, so not something everyone can have. Probably due to it being a projectile and being "hollowfied", it's being compared to Cero. Also the Gran Ray Cero is something we have seen already. It's the one of the strongest types of Cero an Espada can use by mixing their blood with the Cero to make it much more powerful. Grimmjow used it in his final battle vs Ichigo. And now you're experiencing the true despair of Ulquiorras Resurrección and his Segunda Etapa, a nightmare for any power scaler. But damn, is it a treat to watch him absolutely annihilating everything. Poor Ichigo, being the brave punching bag!

It actually never gets confirmed if Aizen really didn't know about Ulquiorra's second form. All he says here is that he hasn't SHOWN it to Aizen. Knowing the type of person Aizen is, it wouldn't be surprising if he already knew about it. So the true rankings are still kind of up in the air.

It is widely debated if ulquiorra really is the strongest. With his 2nd form he possibly is but I promise the top 3 are quite powerful as well

it is said the espada are ranked by their spiritual power. that could mean in base form. in which ulquiorra probably is number 4. So there is defenitly a chance that he is at a higher place (possibly even 1) with his second ressurcetion. It is a neverending discussion in the community.

Hado/Kido/Bakudo all go up to 99 and then after that it's implied they become forbidden because they're too strong like the Time Stop and Teleport we saw Tessai use in the pendulum flashback. Bakudo are support spells, Hado are offensive spells, Kido is barriers, seals and like everything else like sometimes they call healing Kido for whatever reason.

Hado are not the same thing as Cero, Ulquiorra can use Cero without saying anything. Many powers in Bleach are specific to different races like Arrancar, Soul Reapers, and Quincies. Kido spells can only be used by a Soul Reapers. There are two categories of Kido spells, Bakudo (defensive spells/sealing spells), and Hado (offensive/destruction spells). There are 99 spells numbered from weakest to strongest in each of the 2 categories for a total of 198 different kido spells. One other important thing to know about Kido spells is that for skilled kido users the spell chant (long poem) is optional, but when you choose to not say the full chant the spell is much weaker. Cero is specific only to arrancar (and sometimes stronger hollows like the big Gillian), it basically just fires a big destructive beam. Sometimes arrancar will use enhanced Cero like "Gran Rey Cero" or "Cero Obscuras" which are just more powerful than a normal Cero... but those enhanced Cero don't get explained much so just know that Cero is an energy beam attack only arrancar use and you're good. You also asked about Getsuga Tensho. Getsuga Tensho is an ability that only Ichigo can use, it's the power of his Zanpakuto (Zanpakuto abilities are specific to individuals). Getsuga Tensho is a power that coats the users sword in highly dense spiritual pressure, and then if the sword is swung it casts an amplified sword swing shaped energy blast at the opponent. It actually is pretty similar to a Cero like Ulquiorra said, charging up spiritual pressure and then releasing it as an attack.

Getsuga Tensho is basically Ichigos Zanpakuto that absorbs and condenses his Reiatsu and then releasing in a slash or from the tip of the blade making it stronger. Reiatsu ist spiritual pressure - or the spiritual strength/amount someone exerts. A cero is somewhat the same which is why Ulquiorra compared them, it is concentrated spiritual energy and can have stronger variants for example when mixed with the users blood (Gran Rey Cero). Only Hollows can use Ceros, only Ichigos Zanpakuto can use Getsuga Tensho but the way they work is very similar if not the same.
