Jack you're missing the point of Ichigo sensing Aizen's spiritual pressure. The other's can't. They said it's like nothings there and that only somebody near's Aizens level could probably sense how strong he is. But Ichigo can actually feel his spiritual pressure.

Isshin said that the precipice world is isolated from the soul society not just in space but also time. that's why this is an opportunity to train Ichigo despite them being in the middle of a crisis. Also the point Isshin made about Ichigo being able to feel Aizen's spiritual pressure was meant to speak to his strength, not his weakness. Isshin, Urahara, and Yoruichi all can't even feel Aizen's spiritual pressure because he's just that much stronger than them. The fact that Ichigo can even sense it means that he's stronger than any of them right now, just lacking confidence and skill to back it up.
