Well it's not random they speak italian in both the manga and sometimes in the anime although it's adding some new ones

I agree regardless that he's using the dub subtitles though but I think that's just a Hulu thing because in part 4 they never dropped the r word when he was watching which in the manga translations and japanese dub's subs happens like every single episode.

When I say random it’s not like when Bruno says arrivederci and they put that in Italian. It’s more like when Bruno says oh no in Japanese and they put merda in the sub
