There is one bit the anime didn't mention from manga. Renji knows what a motorcycle is because Hisagi, the guy with 69 tattoo on his face, once brought a motorcycle to Soul Society and drove around which got him into lot of trouble. This is just random but I find it so funny

Brother there's a difference between hacks and raw power. You don't need to be strong if you have hacks to counter somebody which is something people always forget

In the Rukia battle, the problem is that Riruka has a hacks ability. Being stronger doesn't automatically mean you're going to win if you're dealing with somebody that has a difficult/annoying ability to get around. Bleach is all about matchups a lot of the time not just raw power. That's why tsukishima was able to fight against Byakuya so well.

Right some of the fullbring abilities are kinda busted rergardless of how strong they are individually. Like the soul reapers are stronger they just have to find ways to counter the fullbring abilities.

Some more clarification on questions you asked earlier in the arc. Urahara wasn't around because he had already foresaw everything that would happen and was in the Soul Society requesting the aid we saw. Isshin was informed by Urahara since they're friends and was staying out of the picture so he wouldn't get turned by tsukishima and be a threat to Ichigo. Neither of them warned Ichigo because they knew Ginjo had already planted seeds of distrust, so they wanted Ichigo to see Ginjo's evil on his own. The, "Half-human half-Soul Reaper" Ginjo talked about at the beginning of the arc that showed him a soul reaper can take a fullbringer's powers was Ginjo himself. One of the first things we see when Ginjo is introduced is his own Substitute Soul Reaper badge, but they only show it once so it's easy to miss. When Ichigo is given the badge at the end of the Soul Society arc they do mention that he wasn't the first Substitute Soul Reaper, so Tite Kubo definitely didn't pull all of this out of thin air. I think the reality of past substitute soul reapers was something we would have had to address at some point. It's also interesting thinking about how to Xcution Ginjo is their Ichigo, they all are loyal to him like the others are to Ichigo, it's just like a different/more morally grey group that existed beforehand.

She also fixed Ichigo's psyche like 3 separate times and gave him his powers twice, but I agree during Hueco Mundo arc she almost did nothing. She killed Aaroniero but only because of the slip up of the century. But you gotta think about her soft skills bro like if Afro dude was the one hunting the hollow in Ichigo's house in episode 1 everyone would be dead and Aizen woulda won by now.

In Bleach Brave Souls I used to troll high level co-op raids as Plushie Rukia all the time it was so funny, her super is she uses Kon as a surfboard at you and then explodes.

Personally, I always felt this arc was just filler. But now TYBW is coming.

Riruka is actually pretty strong after she got boosted and I think Rukia was stronger but she got nerfed by the fact that she wasn't taking the fight seriously (which I think was a bit out of character, not my fave thing that she just let the heart hit her either but maybe it was more instant in manga).
