I think you figured it out by the end but yeah Soul Reapers didn't wipe out Quinces because of a difference in ideology but because Soul Reapers don't eliminate soul they just pass them over from one world to the other, the number of souls across the worlds remain the same. Quinces eliminate their entire existence. That creates imbalance between worlds which would lead to destruction of all three of them.

Hallibel survived because the Tres Bestia asked Orihime to heal her and the guys name is Quilge Opie (it said his name in English so it didn't have subtitles) "J" is just his title, if the wandenreich = the arrancar then the Stern Ritter are the Espada with each one represented by a letter rather than a number

You're very much on point with the allegory the Quincy of the Wandenreich bring, with their german terms and militaristic aesthetic especially compared to the japanese-style Soul Reaper and the spanish-inspired Arrancar. But yeah, as it was mention here already, the name of that Quincy is Quilge Opie, who is a Sternritter with the designation "J", whatever that means for now. The subtitles were kinda weird, cause it should've shown his name. But yeah, that's his name. Very easy to remember as you can see. Also for the german lesson for the day: Wandenreich has no 1 to 1 translation, but I'd call it "Hidden/Warped Empire", while Sternritter means "Star Knights". What the designation "J" stands for? We might never know.

His name isn't "J", it's "Quilge Opie". It was written in English so it didn't need to be translated. The "J" may or may not have some other kind of significance =| also have you not noticed how much gorier this is when compared to old episodes? Yeah, there's very little censorship this time around.

In the manga, Byakuya gives a eulogy at Sasakibes funeral, but here in the anime, it's a long moment of silence. In truth I actually prefer how the anime did this scene; the speech in the manga felt a bit too expostion heavy, meanwhile the somber moment of silence is all you need to know how heavy a loss this much be for the court guard squad, especially for Yamamoto who has just lost his most loyal confidant and long time friend. There's also another reason I feel this was a smart decision, but I'll leave that for a future episode =)

I think my favorite part of this episode was the mention that Ichigo of all people was coming to Hueco Mundo to save the Arrancars. It's very much the same in a sense as Ichigo starting OG Bleach literally put to the brink of death by captains like Kenpachi and Byakuya only for them to become ride or dies later. So much can change.
