just naruto being naruto. caring for anyone even without knowing their background

I love that this was the first meet up. The anime’s addition and Sumire referencing her past really help add more additional pieces to an already great story IMO

Since the beginning of Boruto, Sumire has been one of my fav characters but has had little screentime - so really loving how much of an important role she's been taking since the Ao arc and her interactions/parallels with Kawaki.

I feel like you'll enjoy these next few episodes since they'll dive quite deeply into who Kawaki is and how he feels which is very interesting

It feels very natural that Naruto would take to Kawaki and Sumire so quickly. We watched him for years identifying with people who are called "monster" by other people or have a power or ability that people are afraid of. I feel it's another point of bonding that he has with Boruto with his Kama. Everytime I rewatch an episode more of the subtlety becomes apparent. Sidenote: I enjoy hearing you read the comments too. It makes my day, too.

I wouldn’t say ‘little screen time’. She’s one of the more prominent ones

in the manga Naruto and Kawaki meet in the village hospital (ep192) in the first time when he woke up after we saw how sad his backstory was with the father and a little bit with Jigen as well. episode 190 and 191 are anime canon episodes BUT like you said showing Kawaki's reaction to like the needle, the dog, Sumire&Nue and etc so I'm glad the anime did this way before that even if it's feels like filler for some people!

Rinfantasy

those ninja cops have no chill! I couldn't help but laughing at your reaction of RIP Sumire and Nue LOL

Thanks for pronouncing my name correctly Jack! I absolutely love your reactions, cause you get as hyped as I do while watching <3

Jessica Benjamin

I think Sumire has some level of control over Nue its just he reacts strongly to her being in danger so I feel she only really loses control when her life is threatened

next episode is great without much action

why is there no audio for the video ....

Kawaki needs someone like naruto in his life. Naruto knows what it's like to be a dangerous outsider and I think can really help kawaki
