So if you go back to episode 24 of S1 at 5:00, they talk about an evil sorcerer that forcefully impregnated a women who was found to be able to hold the child of cursed spirits. That was Kamo Noritoshi. Those fetuses were the death womb paintings that are special grade objects (and cannot be destroyed). The Three of them they stole (Choso, Kechizu, Eso), Mahito forcefully reincarnated in S1 ep 22 at 10:00, and is similar to how Sukuna reincarnated with the finger. Keep in mind that although Choso doesn't look it, he is over 150 years old. Through his technique discussed at 15:00 of this episode, Ep 46, he can sense all of his brothers. He's saying since Kamo Noritoshi can hop bodies, its not impossible that he had a hand in creating more kids. So as far as we are all aware currently, they appear to be brothers by blood, since we don't know much about Itadori's past.

Remember there were originally 4 special grade curse users. Gojo, Geto (now Kamo), and Yuta have all already been shown. Yuki is the 4th, she previously shows up during her conversation with Geto earlier in seaon 2 and also during Todo's flashbacks as she is his mentor and the person that inspired him to become a jujutsu sorceror.

You seemed quite shocked when "Geto" swallowed the cursed seal that had Mahito in it but if you remember, Geto actually did that in Gojo's flashback where he could absorb any cursed object and swallow it to get the ability of that person just like "Geto" did here with Mahito where he ended up using Mahito as a technique after swallowing him. So it's basically the technique that Geto had so ofc when this guy (not gonna say his real name cuz I'm a manga reader) took over Geto's body, he then got all of Geto's abilities

Mei Mei and Ui Ui got their asses handed to them so bad they literally fled the country lol. The person on the phone asks her where she is, and she says Kuala Lumpur. Then the person asks her something else, and she responds “Yes, Ui UI’s technique.” So whatever Ui UI’s technique is, it allowed them to teleport from Tokyo to Malaysia instantly. And as for her motivations, money is her one and only motivation, so she’s saving her own skin.

Man Jack is so funny 😅 makes up random things, had me laughing out loud haha so first there was literally no reason to think geto had "caused" choso to "feel" that yuji was his brother, I was shocked at that too but I think choso explaining is literally telling us that it's true they are in some way related, but we still havnt heard a full explanation is my guess, second you were so shocked at geto swallowing mahito, that is literally getos CT he absorbs either weak CS or strong one's who have been weakened, the whole uzamaki speech relates more to JJK 0 where geto uses uzumaki against yuta and gets beaten.

Kamo is just the name of another person he previously posessed. You don't know his name yet so just stick with calling him the name of the current body, Geto.
