Yes it's well over a year at this point thorfinn is 15 or 16 while he was 6 at the time thors died. It's crazy since he spent more time with askeladd and crew than his family lol

Askeladd is right though that everyone is a slave to something, Thorfinn is a slave to his past and emotions, also he just calls the accountant "uncle" but the japanese word is Ojiki (伯父貴) which is referred to just an older acquaintance mainly middle aged not quite elderly, Sentoumaru does the same to Kizaru in OP they arent related but still calls him that.

thats just the way the japanese pronounce it im pretty sure, the normal thor we use is fine for thorfinn

this is my first time rewatching VS since catching up and my god this episode hit me like a TRUCK, I can't wait for you to get further in to see how it all comes full circle (hope this isn't spoiler territory, delete if it is)

Since you're reading these comments I would like to spend this time to let you know you're pronouncing Bartolomeo's name in One Piece wrong x) You may be doing it on purpose, but in case you're not, it is Bart-olo-MEO, instead of putting pressure on the Lo part, but it on the Meo part.

Man after watching season 2, Thorfinn talking about Vinland HERE got me tearin tf up. If this is hitting Jack now he's gunna loooove season 2.
