Here's a great find: back in Syrup Village, as many of us already know, Usopp told many tales that came true later (giant mole, giant goldfish, etc.). In the manga version, after landing on the giant goldfish's island-sized poop, he said he killed the fish and fed it to a country of dwarves/little people. Also, Dressrosa and Green Bit is full of pumpkins and pumpkin recipes that both races eat. Back in Noland's backstory, he gave Calgara's people seeds of many plants, including pumpkins, so he also brought them to Dressrosa. Edit: I almost forgot, back in Sabaody, the auction house had a price list for different races (Sanji read it but the anime didn't translate it to Eng), and on that list were "dwarves" as well as others seen up to and after this point (meaning it would be a spoiler to mention them if it weren't for the fact the list exists for us to read) (merfolk, fishfolk, giants, long-leg, long-arm, snake-neck, minks, as well as Devil Fruit power holders, and "special races")

Okay, taking a deep breath. I've seen these episodes before, I know how things play out and I STILL feel stressed as I watch things unfold. XD' Poor Law, if his plan had worked he'd have lead Doflamingo right to a fight with a Navy admiral. But with Doflamingo flipping the switch on him in the most unexpected way, it's now he who has to face both in battle.
