Rebecca was actually shown being on the ground but you missed it

No wonder Fujitora has the Gravity fruit, he needs the help to carry those heavy balls of his. Common Fujitora and Franky W.

I've always found the immediate rebbuttal from Bastille in response to his mens sympathy for Cavendish interesting. It's very in line with what we've seen from a lot of marines; the fierce stance on absolutely NOT pitying any pirates and making sure that they are seen only as bad people. True to Akainu's "absolute Justice". Would Cavendish, who seeks to be admired and loved truly like the attention his alter ego who strikes only fear in the hearts...would that truly be something he wants? It's debatable. That said, as scary as Hakuba is after witnessing him clear our the whole remaining block D so fast that no one was able to see it, it's much more chilling to see Law chained to the Heart Seat by Doflamingo. There is a mountain of symbolism stacked into that; too much to unpack for one comment. So I'll just leave my compliments for Jack, for spotting that instantly.

The Cavandish Reveal was so cool imo.

"cavendish did nothing" Famous last words lmao

Jack is very good at spotting these things. I have no doubt he will draw the connection to the other things we will learn about that seat going forward.

Everyone observs things differently so it's always interesting to learn who spotted what and who missed what. :D

Fujitora was referencing Crocodile and Alabasta when he was talking to Doflamingo. Don't know how far ahead you are from when this was filmed.

Aah i just cant wait for 715!!

Hakuba didn't spare Rebecca she was just the only one able to deflect his attack, which makes sense considering how she mained defense because of what her mom told her as a kid.

Fighting the Navy too. Excited to see what happens with the bounties after this arc, because it seems that opposing the government makes them go up more than just doing pirate stuff.

When Fujitora said "There was a pirate who attempted to take over some kingdom in the past. If he had succeeded, that kingdom would've become a shady country like this one." he was referring to Crocodile and Alabasta. I think you pointed it out once before, but there are a lot of intentional parallels that can be drawn between the Dressrosa and Alabasta arcs. Back in Alabasta, if you recall Smoker and Tashigi also directly questioned the morality of the Sever Warlord system as they watched the terrors Crocodile inflicted upon Alabasta while being free from Marine interference. That moment can be seen as very long term set up for Fujitora also questioning the Warlord system, only Fujitora is taking it a step further. He is higher up than Smoker was/is, and he wants to use his power and influence as an admiral to help completely abolish the Warlord system... which would be extremely controversial since as Doflamingo stated it could destabilize the power balance between the Yonko, Marines, and Seven Warlords. Anyway, all of this to say Oda has set this up for a very long time (over 500 anime episodes prior), and it's another impressive example of his mastery of foreshadowing. It goes without saying that Fujitora is a GIGACHAD in telling Doflamingo that he is seeking to destroy his position right to his face. That would be awful for Doflamingo since he relies on his Warlord status to avoid Marine interference as he rules over Dressrosa. Some side notes from these two episodes is that the likely reason for why Rebecca was the only one who dodged Hakuba's insanely fast attack was because as Luffy said a few episodes back she possesses observation Haki. I think the natural assumption is that she sensed the attack coming using Haki, unlike the others who's normal senses likely didn't even react in time... or at all. Diamante also does look awesome like you said, and his appearance is in part inspired by the rock legend Steve Tyler. Oda sometimes has his characters resemble real world celebrities in appearance, and in Diamante's case he also has a rockstar aesthetic and theme.

Man despite all the hints, bro insisted on being completely ignorant of Cavendish until the VERY LAST MILLISECOND XDXD
