How is Umbra's grin scarier than Sombra's. I absolutely adore the way you keep up that size difference, though, and how big she comes across in more than just height. Those leeeegs. Also her fashion sense, I somehow imagine Sombra being almost as bad as Rarity when Flutts has to pretty up for something. Okay so like. Does Sombra just wake up some days and sing "man I feel like a woman" and then decide to be a lady for that day?

Somboob doesn't question his gender identity, but he does have a female persona that he shapeshifts into. He'll use it whenever he wants to be out in public undisturbed by his infamy just as he does with his male persona. His fem persona is a bit different though in the sense that Fluttershy doesn't know about it and he also uses it for his long, totally-not-sussy midnight walks.
