FINISHED. I wanted to expand my arsenal of flat chested/small tiddy characters for me to draw since I've already got a handful of boobalicious OCs. But ofc she's got WIDE, CHILDBEARING HIPS like all the rest of 'em because I can't just not give her hips that do not lie.

I'mma name this cat lady Eleanor, or Ellie for short.

Oh heck she's so fluffy, I love it

Small tiddy still good tiddy. What do you mean, though, boobalicious, it's not like Fluttershy could literally suffocate someone in her cleavage or anything. Really love her colors and design, though, and the details in the clothing are super pretty. Adore how the different outfits change the shape so much but she still has a distinctness to her: she looks balanced and curious and lovely. Definitely look forwards to seeing more of her and her personality. Gorgeous hair too, seriously. Just wanna TOUCH it. Brings back so many feelings of autumn. No wonder she's such a pretty thing.

You're right, Fluttershy's tatas really aren't that big. They're only a modest handful when held in Sombra's modest man hands after all.
