Hi backers!

A couple weeks ago I picked up a mic to start working on a podcast and never sat down to learn all the ins and outs. This week I found out that Barkalot is going to be on vacation for the rest of the month (and so won't be available to work his magic on pdf-ifying anything). In order to get you your backer exclusive content this month and work on my getting familiar with the ins and outs of podcasting, I want to accept a question from every backer (yes, all of you!) that they'd like me to answer. I will begin recording the podcast next weekend so if you've got a burning question the earlier you submit it the more time I'll have to think about my response!

Thanks,

Benjamin

Sterling Vermin Backer Q&A Podcast

Hello backers! With barkalot being gone the rest of this month I have to get creative with the backer exclusive content for this month. Since I ended up grabbing a mic to start working on a podcast a couple weeks ago I thought this month I could do a test run for the podcast and fulfill my backer exclusive content by taking questions from all of you!

Hey there, my question is about the Circle of the Moon archetype of the druid. I'm thinking about playing one in our next campaign, but I'm kind of disturbed by the fact that the wild shape feature will just provide a huge bag of HP without a proper DPR after level 5. I'm not interested in using this feature just to gain temp HP to survive as long as possible. I would love to actually fight and do some proper damage with it, even if that means that my survivability would decrease immensely. So my question: How would you rework/balance the moon druid or the wild shape feature if you wanted to create an archetype that isn't just a huge damage sponge? Thanks, Dominik
