Man, I hope there is something akin to a fair conclusion for him. All beings are capable of terrible acts if that's all they know, and even more so if they're surrounded by others who also foster that negativity. Ganondorf has been all consumed by hatred and revenge to the point it's a character trait, yet he has hope to do better for the right reasons. He loves strongly. Its warm embrace will guide him like a beacon through stormy seas of evil and demise. He's still in the storm. With Ghirahim we saw what happens when the dark elements of ones self win. His jealousy, anger, betrayal, hatred, and misplaced loyalty all led him to the thing he dreaded most - imprisonment, crime: disappointment. He's paying an eternal price- trapped endlessly and cast aside as worthless. He hopes his allies will help him even though he scorned them with his actions too. At the end of the day he's alone and he has no one to blame but himself, and eternity to reflect on it. I WASN'T DONE WRITING BEFORE I POSTED AHHHH Vaati. He wasn't great, but he wasn't the worst either. We come to feel a great amount of empathy and sympathy in these recent chapters.. It seems he's in Ganon's shadow for safety rather than loyalty. He would rather tinker with Zelda any day! It seems if he made the right friends he could easily be healed of his emotional and psychological wounds over time.
