It was more a problem of getting only parts of the rewards over time. After several times diconnecting and reloading, the problem finally solved itself. However, the problem with disconnections is worsening, and the music is now systematically always turned on, even though it's still marked as turned off in the settings.

You're joking, right? I sent a support ticket when I went down to the free player status and was told by you that you didn't see any issue. I clarified my trouble and was told "you are free to spend less." Now I am billed for BOTH the Patreon and the Platinum card and the seasons pass?!?!
