are we still gonna get the 2 days of platinum card rewards???

Harvey LaBerge

I have enough left on my card to make it through May 2nd. On the 3rd it expires so timing is everything on the reload.

Randal Martens

yea but still , we got billed for 30 days , wouldn't u like 30 days reward!!

Paul St-Martin

Still no Season Pass and on the last day of my monthly pass. ID: GodeMichel 321111

For those that are new, HH prefers us to wait for them to renew the monthly cards rather than us buying it out and then them having to work around it.

And to HH itself, I don't begrudge you a day off, or even a week or more, as needed. It's just it's always annoying when our automated cards run out and we are left without the benefits for a while. Maybe give some extra days to us in advance if you know there is a possible expiry period, to give yourself some breathing room if you need it.

Paul St-Martin

Yes this month you cut it much too close. You should have given out the rewards on May 1st or given us an extra day on our monthly passes so nothing would happen. I was safe this time but barely... This has happened at least twice to me before and I think it should be fixed for good. Thank you for your hard work though. It is appreciated.

The rewards have come in for me. :-)
