Hello I received my Season Pass for the $35 dollar tier but no additional rewards as it seems the pass just opened and there was no claim button for it Platform: Nutaku Nickname: HaiKulture Harem Heroes ID: 6254330 Nutaku ID: 113452202 Also I never received my Alt-Kelina in HH from having her unlocked in Clicker and filled out 3 tickets since her event and never got a response :(

BulbioREDO

anyone from the HH team here?

Are you sure you didn't get anything? In the logs it shows everything you were supposed to get was given to you.

Fran

Thank you. I've now got all of the rewards that should have been paid out at the beginning month. I'm not going to quibble about the little things that arose due to the error - eg spending kobans on 50* combativity during Mythic Days - but I would like to have the Daily Card rewards that I should have received backdated.
