Hey bro! I’ve been doing real estate research (in person, stayed in most major cities, and a few smaller ones) in Texas since September, I’m buying near lake Travis, cedar park area. You can get solid 2500 square foot homes in one of the safest cities in the country for 250-300k. House values should 10x imho in next 20 years. You’ve got in and out burger, lake Travis, safe community, good schools, 20 mins from tech jobs. Kinda far from Tesla but lake life is my vibe.
